Reseller discounts are applied at the master account level.

To receive reseller discounts additional accounts must have the same billing information & you must be the primary point of support.

Only one discount is given per billing.
For example: You can not receive the 15% discount for annual pre-pay in addition to the 15% for the reseller program.
