How do I set up an account with CFDynamics?
After determining what type of account you would like either fill out our online signup form or mail, e-mail, or fax us your address, phone number, fax numbers, e-mail address, and the name of your company or organization.
Be sure to also specify which account you desire and payment options.
You will also need to either register a new domain or transfer a domain to our nameservers.
Do you have a money back guarantee?
Yes! All web hosting plans include a 30 day money back guarantee. If you are dissatisfied with your service for any reason, you will receive a full refund (minus any setup fees or extra service fees) if you cancel your account within 30 days of the activation.
Do your servers support the use of ASP?
Currently CF and ASP is available on all accounts.
Does CFDynamics have CyberCash?
We do have those tags installed.
Do you have a reseller program?

Would you explain a little more about why Basic and Enhanced accounts don't have unique IP addresses and how that works?
New webservers use something called "host headers". This allow us to use one IP to operate more than one website. DNS is still done the same way as before but the webserver sorts out which site to display based on the information the client browser is looking for.
Does it cost extra to move my domain from another provider to your service?
There are no charges involved in transfering a domain from another provider through Network Solutions. We submit a request for domain modification free of charge.
Will my site have any downtime if I move a site from another provider?
There will be no downtime for transferred accounts.
How long does it take to get an account setup?
Accounts and all other requests are setup within 24 hours.

We are a ColdFusion development company that started business as an ISP. Konnections, Inc. opened in 1995 and has been providing hosting and dialup Internet services to local , nationwide, and international customers.
Do the web hosting accounts receive static IP address?
A static IP is included in our Enhanced Plus and Developer accounts.
Do you host country TLD such as .sg, .tw, .th, etc.
We can host country TLD's.
What domain names are allowed to be registered?
Your 3rd level domain name can be no longer than 16 alphanumeric characters (letters and numbers). Hyphens ("-") may also be used, but cannot begin or end your domain name. Spaces and special characters, such as exclamation points and underscores, are not permitted.
What stats package do you offer?
We use Deepmetrix Livestats Log Analyzer.
Do you provide toll-free phone support?

What free tech support do I get?

Do you have server backup?
Yes, we back up the web servers every 48 hrs. and SQL daily.
Do I get access to my Microsoft SQL database to add tables and columns?
Yes, you will have access to your Microsoft SQL database using our Web-SQL Management Interface. The Web-SQL Management Interface is fast easy to use and allows you full control over your database; including adding tables and columns.
For Microsoft SQL Server access, is it possible to use MS Enterprise
Manager to manage my database?
Yes, we do allow the use of MS Enterprise Manager, however we do not support it. Please use the Web-SQL Management Interface to administer your database. See the Members section for instructions.
Do I have Shell access to administer a MySQL database?
You have access to your MySQL database using the phpMyAdmin Web Interface. Please visit our Members section for additional technical information. For security purposes Shell access is prohibited.
